Why Small Business Marketing Is Struggling

According to a new LEEAF Seed Paper based on 121 intake interviews, 40% of Los Angeles small business owners cite marketing as their primary challenge. The data reveals a significant "knowledge gap," with 64% of participants lacking the tools to start campaigns. Notably, the report identifies a digital divide: 88% of businesses operating for over 10 years requested help with websites and social media, double the rate of newer businesses.
